Q. Do you provide free, no obligation quotations?

A. Yes we do – please contact us with any electrical product enquiry.

Q. How do I order?

A. Simply contact the sales team your account has been allocated to, supply your account reference code and a purchase order number if you have one – we’ll do the rest.

Q.What happens if you do not have my item in stock?

A. If a product is from a current manufactured line or is available via special order we can order this for you. We do our very best to show only products we have in stock in our marketing (unless otherwise stated i.e. special orders) However, popular products do go off stock and sometimes there is a short time lapse before we can replenish stocks. In the unlikely event of this happening, we will confirm the order with you and telephone or email you to provide an expected delivery date. This gives you the opportunity to cancel the order if it is not to your satisfaction.

Q. Do you charge for delivery?

A. This depends on the delivery address, the nature of the item ordered and the value of the order placed. Please contact our sales teams for details.

Q.How long will it take to deliver my order?

A. For items in stock, items are normally delivered within three working days. For special order items, the usual wait is 10-14 days. This depends on the item on order. When you order from us, we will endeavour to give you an expected delivery date for each item.
